Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage, applying transitions, and refining narrative flow.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to adjust lighting, color balance, and visual tone for consistent, professional output.
- Experience in Motion Graphics and Graphics, including creating or integrating animated titles, lower-thirds, and visual assets.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Robust attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement.
