We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor with a solid portfolio showcasing long & short form video editing, motion graphics and design skills, proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro along with illustrator and photoshop .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit long-form videos primarily for YouTube, including podcast, informative, ad films and documentary-style content.
2. Edit short-form videos for Instagram, focusing on high-engagement and conversion-driven content, including influencer and cinematic styles.
3. Assist in shoot planning, including deck creation, storyboarding, and content planning.
4. Manage and organise assets efficiently.
5. Creation of AI videos & ad films.





In addition, you are expected to support the team in other areas including graphic/digital designing, brain storming & ideations, executions for client events..

Key Requirements:

1. Proficiency in reading and writing Gujarati (mandatory).
2. Strong English communication and proofreading skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail, storytelling ability, and understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
5. Working knowledge of AI tools and their strategic implementation in creative workflows.

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of graphic design for digital and print media.
2. Previous experience working in an agency environment.
