Cura is a 27-year-old ₹150 Cr wellness company building its first true in-house content engine. Doctor-led video, festival campaigns, behind-the-scenes, trend content, across every channel we run. We're looking for a video editor who's done this long enough not to need shot-by-shot direction: hand you a raw batch of footage and a loose brief, and you make the right call on pacing, cuts, and style yourself.

This is a senior, standalone seat, not a hybrid video-and-design role. Reporting directly to our CMO. A major part of it is AI-generated video: we need someone who can actually produce ad creative with AI video tools for our Meta ad campaigns, not just edit traditionally shot footage.

The Role

You'll own video end to end: reels, shorts, campaign films, and doctor-led/BTS content, cut from raw footage into something actually worth publishing, on a schedule that keeps up with a fast-moving content calendar. Alongside that, you'll produce AI-generated video ad creative for our Meta campaigns, genuine, usable output, not experiments.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Edit reels, shorts, campaign films, and doctor-led/BTS content from raw footage into finished, publish-ready cuts.
- Produce AI-generated video ad creative for Meta campaigns, multiple variations, fast enough to actually feed a real testing cadence.
- Maintain a consistent color, sound, and pacing style across everything you ship, AI-generated or not.
- Turn around fast-moving trend content quickly enough that it's still relevant when it goes live, not after the moment's passed.
- Manage a queue of competing requests on your own judgment,



without letting quality slip on any of them.
- Work directly with Cura's CMO on creative direction and priorities; this is an independent seat, not one waiting on close supervision.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of reels/shorts-native editing, not long-form experience adapted down.
- Real, hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, HeyGen or similar) and AI voiceover; you can point to actual ad creative you've made with them, not just experiments.
- A strong portfolio or reel that shows real, finished work across formats, traditional and AI-generated.
- Comfort working from raw, unscripted footage and a loose brief and making the creative call yourself.
- Tool fluency across a qualified editor (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) and at least one fast-turnaround tool (CapCut Pro or similar).
- Strong color, sound, and pacing fundamentals.
- Comfortable in a high-frequency, short-turnaround workflow; this is a high-volume seat, not an occasional-project one.

Where You'll Work

Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR: this is an on-site role based out of our Head Office, with occasional shoot days at our manufacturing units and other locations.
