About the Role

Baelit Digital Private Limited is looking for a multi-skilled creative qualified who can independently handle Graphic Designing and Video Editing.

The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong creative skills, and hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Canva, and professional video editing tools. The candidate should be able to take a requirement from concept to final design/video and publish it across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing

- Create social media posts, banners, advertisements, thumbnails, presentations, brochures, and other marketing creatives.
- Develop visually appealing designs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Use AI tools to generate creative concepts, images, and design elements.

Video Editing

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, motion graphics, and video creatives.
- Add transitions, text, subtitles, music, effects, and other elements to make videos engaging.
- Use AI-powered video and editing tools to improve creativity and efficiency.

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Designing,



Video Editing, and/or Social Media Content Creation.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for graphic design, image generation, video creation, and editing.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour, layouts, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Positive knowledge of social media platforms and their creative formats.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative projects.
- Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with digital marketing or technology companies.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and content formats.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance.
- Ability to develop creative concepts from brief to final execution.
- Basic camera handling and photography/videography skills will be an added advantage.
