About the RoleWe are looking for a Video Editor Cum Producer who combines strong editing expertise with creative production and team leadership. The ideal candidate will manage projects from concept to final delivery, lead Video Editors and Graphic Designers, and bring modern AI and CGI-driven storytelling into our digital content.

Key Responsibilities· Lead the complete video production lifecycle — concept development, pre-production, shooting, editing, post-production and final delivery.

· Manage, guide and mentor a team of Video Editors and Graphic Designers.

· Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards and visual directions based on client requirements.

· Plan and manage shoots, including locations, equipment, crew, talent, production schedules and budgets.

· Coordinate with clients, creative teams, photographers, videographers and other production partners.

· Edit and supervise production of Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, digital ads, brand films, corporate videos and social media content.

· Review creative output and provide clear feedback to editors and designers.

· Maintain consistent brand quality, visual identity and storytelling standards across projects.

· Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

· Explore and implement AI video generation, CGI, motion graphics and emerging production technologies.

· Stay updated with the latest trends in digital video, social media content, AI filmmaking and visual storytelling.

Adobe & Creative Software ExpertiseStrong working knowledge of relevant Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including:

· Adobe Premiere Pro — Professional Video Editing

· Adobe After Effects — Motion Graphics, VFX & Compositing





· Adobe Photoshop — Image Editing & Creative Design

· Adobe Illustrator — Vector Graphics & Design

· Adobe Audition — Audio Editing & Sound Design

· Adobe Lightroom — Photo & Colour Processing

· Adobe Media Encoder — Video Rendering & Delivery

· Adobe InDesign — Layout & Creative Design

· Adobe Acrobat Pro — Production Documentation & Review

AI & CGI SkillsHands-on experience or strong understanding of modern AI and CGI production workflows, including tools such as:

· Sora

· Runway

· Kling AI

· Hailuo AI

· Pika

· Midjourney

· Leonardo AI

· Stable Diffusion

· ComfyUI

· AI voice, music and sound-generation tools

· 3D/CGI, VFX, compositing and virtual production workflows

Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or other 3D/CGI tools will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Experience· 3+ years of professional experience in Video Editing and Video Production.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating editing, storytelling, motion graphics and production work.

· Solid understanding of social media video formats and digital advertising content.

· Experience managing or leading creative teams.

· Strong understanding of cinematography, framing, lighting, sound, colour grading and visual storytelling.

· Ability to independently manage projects from brief to final output.

· Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication, coordination and time-management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced Digital Marketing Agency environment.

· Willingness to experiment with AI, CGI, VFX and new creative technologies.
