About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Video Editor Associate to join our creative team. The role involves producing high-quality video content for performance marketing, social media, educational content, and brand communication.

The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good understanding of short-form content, and the ability to work on multiple creatives with quick turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit high-volume video creatives for digital and performance marketing campaigns.
- Create multiple variations of videos for testing and performance optimization.
- Edit short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
- Create strong hooks, engaging storytelling, transitions, pacing, and compelling CTAs.
- Add motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, music, and visual effects where required.
- Perform basic color correction, grading, audio mixing, and visual enhancement.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to understand creative requirements.
- Maintain organized project files, assets,



and multiple versions of creatives.
- Deliver projects within tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Continuously experiment with new editing styles, formats, trends, and creative approaches.
- Review campaign performance and iterate on creatives based on engagement and performance data.

What We're Looking For:

- 1–2 years of experience in video editing; freelance or agency experience is preferred.
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience creating short-form, social-media-focused video content.
- Strong understanding of cuts, transitions, pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging videos that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Good understanding of social media video formats, trends, and performance marketing creatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to experiment with new creative ideas.
- Experience with Final Cut Pro is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of animation, AR/VR, or immersive content formats is a plus.
- A portfolio/showreel demonstrating relevant video editing work is preferred.
