Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Video Editor and Social Media Manager. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content that showcases travel destinations, tour packages, and brand stories for various social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying transitions and effects, performing color grading, and adding motion graphics or text overlays to create compelling and brand-consistent videos.

The Social Media

Manager responsibilities include developing content calendars, posting and scheduling content, monitoring engagement and trends, responding to comments or inquiries, and optimizing content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others.



The individual will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align video and social media campaigns with business objectives and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and long-form content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Experience managing social media platforms, content scheduling, and analytics-driven optimization.
- Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in media, film, design, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in travel or tourism content is an advantage.
