Avantula — Real Estate Marketing Agency | Nagpur

Avantula is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our on-site creative team. You will work on premium real estate projects across India and Dubai, UAE, creating cinematic property films, social media content, brand videos and performance-driven ad creatives.

Job Responsibilities

- Edit cinematic property videos, real estate films, reels and social media content.
- Create engaging video content based on campaign objectives and creative briefs.
- Assemble and refine raw footage to create strong story flow, pacing and visual impact.
- Perform professional colour correction and colour grading.
- Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, text animations and branded elements.
- Create videos optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing and content teams to develop effective video concepts.
- Adapt videos into different formats, durations and aspect ratios as required.
- Maintain organized project files, footage and assets.
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, branding and editing standards.
- Stay updated with current editing trends, visual styles and AI-assisted workflows.

AI & Modern Editing Skills

- Good practical experience with AI tools for video editing and content creation.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve editing speed, workflow, effects, transitions, captions, audio and overall production quality.
- Willingness to explore and adopt new AI-powered video tools and workflows.




- Ability to combine traditional editing skills with AI-assisted production techniques.

Required Skills & ToolsExperience with any of the following is preferred:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- AI-powered video editing and content creation tools

You don't need to be an expert in every software. Robust editing skills and the ability to learn quickly matter more than the number of tools you know. What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing and composition.
- Good understanding of colour grading and visual consistency.
- Ability to create engaging and premium-looking real estate content.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and execute them effectively.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio/showreel demonstrating your editing skills.
- Real estate, advertising or agency experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
