Role Description

This is a full-time Video Editor role based in Kolkata, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end post-production, including assembling raw footage, editing clips into cohesive narratives, adding transitions, sound, and visual effects, and preparing final deliverables in required formats. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with creative and marketing teams on project briefs, maintaining brand consistency across videos, organizing and managing media assets, and meeting deadlines for multiple concurrent projects. The role also involves suggesting creative concepts,



optimizing videos for various digital platforms, and continuously improving workflows to support faster, more profitable content production.

Qualifications :

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling footage from concept to final output.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone and style.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and Graphics that enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar).
- Solid understanding of digital video formats, aspect ratios, codecs, and best practices for social media and online platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
