Are you a fast, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor who loves creating content that grabs attention and drives engagement?

We’re looking for a Video Editor Associate to join our creative team and produce high-performing video content for digital and performance marketing.

? What You’ll Do• Edit high-volume ad videos with speed, creativity, and precision

- Create multiple video variations for performance marketing campaigns
- Optimize content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other social platforms
- Develop strong hooks, engaging storytelling, impactful CTAs, and compelling visual narratives
- Deliver high-quality creatives within quick turnaround times
- Analyze creative performance and continuously iterate to improve results
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across video and still creatives
- Support end-to-end production workflows from concept to final delivery





? What We’re Looking For• 1–2 years of experience in video editing — freelance or agency experience is a plus

- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with Final Cut Pro is a bonus
- Excellent short-form storytelling skills, including cuts, transitions, pacing, sound design, and visual sync
- Strong understanding of content created specifically for social media
- Ability to work in a high-output, fast-paced environment with quick iterations
- Experience managing end-to-end video production workflows
- Awareness of emerging content trends, including animation, AR/VR, and immersive formats
- Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset
