Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Video Editing & Graphic Designer based in Patna.The team member will be responsible for editing and producing educational videos, applying color grading, and creating motion graphics that enhance student engagement and understanding.They will design graphics for digital platforms, including thumbnails, social media posts, presentations, and learning materials aligned with the brand identity.The role includes collaborating with educators and the content team to translate complex academic concepts into clear,



visually appealing content, organizing media assets, and maintaining a consistent visual style across all outputs.The Video Editing & Graphic Designer will also assist in planning shoots, optimizing video formats for different platforms, and ensuring timely delivery of creative materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and the ability to manage the end-to-end process from planning to final output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Color Grading for creating polished, high-quality educational videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics to design engaging animations and visual elements that support learning content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics design, including layout, typography, and visual branding for digital and print materials.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing video and graphic design work.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced education environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, Animation, Film, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in education or edtech is an advantage.
