About the Role

Creative OS is an AI-native asset-generation platform from Yuvabe Studios that simplifies the creation of Reels, Shorts and digital video content through an efficient node-based workflow. We are looking for a hands-on creator-editor who combines strong storytelling craft with an understanding of what makes short-form content perform.

What You’ll Do

· Create and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product videos and social creatives, typically 15–60 seconds.

· Own hooks, pacing, cuts, captions, transitions, motion graphics, colour, music and sound design.

· Use Creative OS and GenAI image/video tools to create and assemble content faster.

· Work with Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve; shoot basic footage when required.

· Turn concepts and scripts into storyboards, scenes and finished videos, including multiple creative variations.

· Become a Creative OS power user, identify workflow gaps and help the product team improve the creator experience.

What We’re Looking For

· 3–5 years of professional video creation/editing experience and a solid short-form portfolio.

· Excellent visual storytelling, pacing and editing judgement.

· Strong command of at least one professional editing suite.

· Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora or equivalent.

· Ability to work independently and move quickly in a startup environment.

· Willingness to work hybrid or in-person around Auroville / Puducherry.

Nice to Have





· Motion-graphics and animation skills in After Effects — kinetic typography, compositing and simple 2D animation.

· Basic shooting, lighting and location-audio skills for capturing original footage when needed.

· A solid feel for sound design, music selection and audio mixing.

· Working knowledge of platform algorithms and short-form trends across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

· Prior exposure to node-based, template-driven or AI-native creative workflows.

· Copywriting or scripting ability for punchy hooks, captions and on-screen text.

· An active personal creator presence or portfolio showing consistent short-form output.

What Matters Most

Portfolio > résumé. We value craft, initiative, speed of learning and the ability to turn ideas into compelling finished content.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and benchmarked against market rates for comparable creator-editor roles in the region. The final package is commensurate with your experience, skill level and the strength of your portfolio, and will be discussed openly during the interview process.
