Anytime Fitness is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vendor Manager to lead our vendor management function and drive solid vendor performance, compliance, and commercial efficiency.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead vendor onboarding, compliance, and performance management
- Manage vendor contracts, renewals, negotiations, SLAs, KYC & documentation
- Develop vendor evaluation and performance frameworks
- Monitor KPIs, SLA adherence, audits, feedback & corrective actions
- Handle critical vendor and club escalations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs & regulations
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Procurement & other teams
- Drive cost optimization,



process improvements & vendor consolidation
- Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly vendor performance dashboards
- Lead vendor review meetings & continuous improvement initiatives
- Support new club launches and expansion projects
- Mentor and guide the Vendor Relations team
