Vendor Manager – IT Staffing / Full-Time Hiring

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Vendor Manager to build, manage, and expand a strong network of staffing vendors and sub-vendors for IT Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time Hiring requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in vendor management, staffing partnerships, candidate supply, and recruitment operations, with a proven ability to activate vendors quickly and consistently deliver quality candidates against client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and activate qualified staffing vendors and sub-vendors.
- Build and maintain a strong vendor network across diverse IT and non-IT skill sets.
- Drive consistent and quality candidate submissions against end-client requirements.
- Manage staffing requirements across Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time hiring.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and sub-vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance, productivity, compliance, and onboarding processes.
- Negotiate vendor rates, commercial terms, margins, and engagement conditions.
- Track and analyze vendor submissions, interview pipelines, selections, hires, and turnaround times.
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly vendor supply, submission, and placement targets.
- Identify gaps in vendor coverage and continuously expand the vendor ecosystem based on client demand.




- Work closely with internal recruitment and client-facing teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Improve vendor engagement and productivity through regular communication, performance reviews, and follow-ups.

What We're Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, IT Services, MSP/VMS, or Vendor Management.
- Proven experience managing staffing vendors and sub-vendors.
- Strong understanding of Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time recruitment models.
- Hands-on experience in identifying, onboarding, activating, and managing staffing vendors.
- Established relationships with recruitment/staffing vendors and sub-vendors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to drive candidate supply and maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline.
- Proven track record of achieving submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, vendor performance, turnaround time, and hiring processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.

Location: Hyderabad

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
