Role Description The Vendor Manager – Interior Fit-out (7 LPA) is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing vendors for interior fit-out projects, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

The Vendor

Manager will oversee procurement activities, monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts and rates, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers and design teams, tracking project requirements, resolving vendor-related issues,



and ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual obligations. The role also involves analyzing vendor data, optimizing the vendor base, and contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing and fit-out execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate vendor performance, costs, and project timelines.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels with vendors.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Procurement and Contract Management skills to handle sourcing, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
- Relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related fields, preferably managing multiple vendors and projects.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and industry standards, along with basic understanding of project management practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage deadlines, and handle dynamic, fast-paced project environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
