Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 35 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI design, UX research, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, design systems, and Figma.

The candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, modern, and user-friendly websites, web applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and mobile applications while working closely with developers, project managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design responsive websites, web applications, dashboards, SaaS products, and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain reusable components and design systems.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Design different UI states such as error, loading, empty, success, and validation states.
- Create interactive prototypes and demonstrate user journeys.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Provide design specifications and proper developer handoff.
- Review developed interfaces and perform UI/design quality checks.
- Improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements.
- Present designs and explain design decisions to clients and internal teams.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.

- Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Lovable, or similar tools will be an advantage.

- Basic understanding of:

- Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
- Basic React.js knowledge

Requirements

- 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Robust hands-on experience with Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing real-world web and mobile projects.
- Good understanding of both UX and visual/UI design.
- Experience creating complete designs from concept to final implementation.
- Ability to work closely with developers and project managers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, AI, dashboards, or enterprise applications will be an advantage.
