- Manage and coordinate mechanical/electrical activities and contract manpower as per production plan.
- Ensure shift scheduling, manpower allocation, weekly-offs, and zero manpower unavailability.
- Maintain safety, occupational health, legal, quality, and site compliance requirements.
- Lead baler operation, AGM/CS10 loading, HVAC, and utility operations through contractors.
- Monitor utility control systems, energy consumption, CL/CBM activities, and route shift tours.
- Diagnose electrical faults and coordinate troubleshooting with E-Technicians.
- Ensure smooth utility changeovers with zero quality incidents.
- Monitor Auto-GR barcode activities and ensure completion by operators.
- Maintain shift records, registers, documentation, DDS instructions, and proper shift handover.
- Follow escalation procedures for operational issues and outages.
