Vacancy for Enrolled Agent(EA)/ Semi Qualified CA with 2 -3 Yrs experience in US Taxation

U.S. Tax Compliance

- Preparation and review of U.S. Federal and State Income Tax Returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.
- Preparation of Forms 1040, 1040-NR, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and related schedules.
- Preparation and review of international information returns including Forms 5472, 8938, 3520, 8621, FBAR (FinCEN Form 114), W-8BEN, and W-8BEN-E.
- Assistance with tax residency analysis, treaty positions, foreign tax credit computations, and expatriation/pre-immigration tax planning.
- Client communication and coordination for information gathering, tax return review, and filing support.
- Assistance with U.S. entity formation and registration, including incorporation of Corporations and LLCs, obtaining EINs, registered agent coordination, and post-incorporation compliance requirements.
- Assistance with pre-immigration tax advisory, including tax residency analysis, foreign asset reporting implications,



restructuring of investments, retirement accounts, stock compensation, and planning opportunities prior to becoming a U.S. tax resident.

India Tax Compliance

- Preparation and review of Indian Income Tax Returns for individuals.
- Capital gains computation and tax planning relating to immovable property transactions.
- Preparation and review of advance tax computations and self-assessment tax calculations.

Client Management & Advisory

- Direct interaction with domestic and international clients.
- Support clients in U.S. business formation, international expansion, and ongoing compliance requirements.
- Coordination with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely delivery of services.

Other Assignments:

- Undertake any other work or assignment as may be entrusted by the Reporting Manager from time to time.

Note : US Taxation experience is must
