- Robust knowledge of U.S. Federal (Form 1040) and State Tax Preparation, including the ability to resolve taxpayer queries accurately and efficiently.
- Must hold a valid PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) and have the authorization to prepare and sign tax returns.
- Excellent verbal communication and client interaction skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently.
- Proven experience in working with and managing U.S.-based stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to explain tax concepts clearly and provide accurate, effective, and client-focused support.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to handle tax-related queries in a timely manner.
