Town Plan Map is focused on simplifying land ownership complexities in India by making property information more transparent and easier to understand. The company works at the intersection of urban planning, mapping, and technology to help individuals and organizations navigate land-related data. By building clear, user-friendly tools and interfaces, Town Plan Map aims to reduce confusion around land records and support better decision-making.

Team members contribute to products that have real-world impact on how people access and interpret land ownership information.

We're a product lab inside Town Plan Map. We build and ship our own products: consumer apps, websites, internal tools, and a few longer projects for specific industries. Something current goes out roughly every month.

Most design internships mean tidying up someone else's file. This one doesn't. You'll work on a few different products while you're here, and on each one you'll take real parts of it from a rough idea to something live that people use.

A senior team will be around you the whole time. They've each spent more than ten years building products in fintech, B2B SaaS, consumer mobile and health tech, and they'll be working on the same products as you and reviewing everything you make. You won't know how to do all of it on day one. Nobody expects you to. Picking it up quickly is most of the job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design real screens and flows for products that actually launch
- Help build the design system we use across everything we ship
- Design landing pages, app store assets and launch material
- Take a brand into motion when it needs it: product videos, launch films, social cutdowns, title cards
- Design for screens we don't own, like projection, LED walls,



event stages and installations, where scale and viewing distance change every rule you're used to
- Work across print and physical too when the product calls for it: signage, collateral, environment
- Talk through your decisions in review, then rework them
- Look at how a product did after launch and fix what didn't work
- Switch to a different product a few weeks later and start again

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Good taste. Show us something you made because you wanted to make it, not because a course asked for it.
- You know your way around Figma: components, variants, auto layout.
- You'd rather show something rough today than something polished next week.
- You can write clearly. A lot of this job is explaining why you made a choice.
- You take feedback well, because there will be a lot of it.
- If you can build what you design, in Framer, Webflow or plain HTML and CSS, say so. It counts for a lot with us.
