Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified IT professionals for U.S.-based positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job boards, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Recruit for various IT roles and technologies.
- Verify candidate skills, experience, availability, and work authorization.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS/CRM records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet daily/weekly recruiting and placement targets.

Requirements
- Experience in US IT Recruiting / Staffing preferred.
- Strong understanding of U.S. IT recruitment and work authorization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in U.S. time zones and a target-driven setting.
