Role Description The Vendor Manager – Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-out) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing vendor relationships and overseeing cost-related aspects of interior fit-out projects. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates, as well as monitoring project budgets and validating vendor invoices against work completed.

The role involves identifying, onboarding, and evaluating vendors, negotiating terms and rates, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services in line with project requirements.

The Vendor

Manager will coordinate with design, project management, and site teams to align scopes, manage contracts,



and resolve commercial issues while maintaining quality, timelines, and compliance with company standards. Regular reporting on cost variances, vendor performance, and procurement status to internal stakeholders is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for cost estimation, budgeting, and quantity surveying in interior fit-out projects.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to source vendors, secure competitive rates, and manage supply timelines.
- Candidates should possess Contract Management skills to draft, review, administer, and enforce vendor agreements and project contracts.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders and preparing clear reports and documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in interior fit-out projects, vendor management, and cost control within residential or commercial interiors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools; familiarity with project management or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, handle multiple projects, and adhere to timelines and quality standards in a fast-paced workplace.
