About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US Recruiter with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for US-based IT and technical requirements.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based IT positions, from sourcing through candidate onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening/interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and job fit.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and clients regarding open requirements and candidate status.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients within the required SLA.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Negotiate compensation/rates with candidates within approved budgets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of US employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Develop knowledge of US work authorization categories such as US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, H-1B, OPT, CPT, and TN, as applicable to the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, interview confirmations, offer coordination, and onboarding activities.




- Achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets/KPIs.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Stay updated on US staffing trends, recruitment practices, and technology skill requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for US-based requirements.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end US recruitment.
- Good knowledge of US staffing processes and employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Working knowledge of US work authorization types.
- Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri etc.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with direct US clients.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, QA, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.
- Experience in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing.
- Existing candidate/consultant network within the US market will be an advantage.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates with relevant US staffing experience may also be considered based on their recruitment expertise.

Shift & Work Requirements

- Must be comfortable working in the US Night Shift aligned with US business hours.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet client deadlines.
- Strong ability to work independently while collaborating with the recruitment and delivery team.
