Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT professionals for US-based requirements while maintaining strong candidate relationships and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze IT job requirements received from US clients/vendors.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels .
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and work authorization.
- Handle candidates with different US work authorizations such as H-1B, Green Card, OPT, CPT, and US Citizens , as applicable.
- Present qualified candidates to clients/vendors and ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate rates/salary and assist with offer closure when required.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/database.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and submission goals.
- Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and hiring requirements.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good sourcing, screening, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of US staffing concepts such as W2, C2C, 1099, H-1B, OPT, CPT, and Green Card .
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in the US night shift.

Education Any Graduate / MBA / BBA / BCA / MCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
