About the Role

We are looking for an experienced USA IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in recruiting IT Infrastructure professionals for the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US IT recruitment, sourcing techniques, candidate screening, and coordination throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for USA-based IT Infrastructure requirements .
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit profiles across areas such as:
- Desktop / EUC Support
- Field Support Engineers
- Network Engineers
- Data Center Engineers
- On-Site IT Support
- Smart Hands / Field Services
- IT Infrastructure Support and More
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and compensation.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT Infrastructure resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
- Track candidate status and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
- Work effectively during US business hours and support urgent recruitment requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment , preferably US IT Recruitment.
- Prior experience hiring IT Infrastructure / Field Support resources is required.
- Good understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment market .
- Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, or similar portals.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good understanding of US locations, time zones,



and work authorization concepts.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a US shift environment .

Preferred
- Experience recruiting contract / contract-to-hire IT Infrastructure resources .
- Experience working with MSPs, staffing companies, or IT service providers.
- Existing database/network of US-based IT Infrastructure professionals.
