? POSITION 1: US Technical RecruiterJob Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified IT professionals for open positions.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand technical requirements and match candidates with suitable positions.
- Work with job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Contact candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
- Explain job requirements, responsibilities, location, compensation, and hiring process to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/vendors.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with account managers, recruiters, and clients to understand hiring needs.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of US IT Staffing / US Technical Recruitment .
- Understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data, QA, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience with W2, C2C, 1099, and other US employment models is a plus.
- Familiarity with US work authorization categories such as H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work according to US business hours.

Experience 0–5+ years , depending on the role and candidate profile.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered for entry-level opportunities.

? POSITION 2:



US IT Sales / Business Development ExecutiveJob Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients, staffing companies, direct clients, MSPs, vendors, and partners.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with US clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams.
- Schedule meetings and product/service presentations with prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Maintain sales pipelines, client information, and activity reports.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms when required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business-development targets.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential client accounts.
- Maintain professional communication with clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in US IT Staffing Sales / Business Development / Recruitment Sales is preferred.
- Experience dealing with US-based clients is an advantage.
- Strong cold-calling, email, LinkedIn, and lead-generation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in US time zones.
