We are looking for a skilled and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting healthcare professionals for the US market and be comfortable working in a night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based requirements.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Good understanding of the US healthcare staffing/recruitment process.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Comfortable working in a 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST shift.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and US job portals will be an advantage.
