1. Responsible for recruitment process and finalization of candidates

Responsible for the smooth joining of candidates
2. Preparation & issuance of all letters related to HR department.
3. Maintenance of employee records and preparation of HR MIS
4. Administration of Employee attendance, leaves, coordination in statutory compliances
5. Preparation of Monthly attendance for salary calculations
