Position: Legal Reviewer / Contract Lawyer

Payment Terms: 30–45 days from the date of invoice

Role Overview

We are looking for Legal Reviewers / Contract Lawyers with experience in reviewing commercial and legal contracts. The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of assignment of rights, copyright, royalties, and related contractual provisions.

Experience with Relativity is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyse legal and commercial contracts.
- Review contractual provisions relating to assignment of rights, copyright, royalties, and related rights.
- Identify and interpret relevant contractual clauses and obligations.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness during contract review.
- Support contract-related review activities as required by the project.




- Work effectively within project timelines and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Must have a Law degree / Law graduate.
- Candidates with relevant legal experience are preferred.
- Prior experience in contract review is required.
- Strong understanding of assignment of rights, copyright, royalties, and related contractual matters.
- Good legal research, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work full time for the project duration.
- Relativity experience is an added advantage.
