We are looking for a Vendor & Operations Manager who will help streamline vendor sourcing, inventory management, and studio operations.
Role Overview The Vendor & Operations Manager will ensure the smooth execution of Trove's operations by managing vendor relationships, sourcing products, maintaining inventory, and coordinating order fulfillment.
This role requires someone highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Sourcing & Procurement
•Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for products, packaging, and decorative materials.
•Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective procurement.
•Continuously scout for new and unique products aligned with Trove's brand.
Inventory Management
Maintain adequate stock levels of essential items such as:
•Packaging materials
•Hamper boxes and baskets
•Decorative elements
•Product components
Track inventory levels and plan timely replenishment.
Studio Operations
- Merchandise the products and hampers in the Trove studio.
- Oversee day-to-day operations within the Trove studio.
- Maintain an organized workspace and efficient storage system.
- Ensure availability of all materials required for order preparation.
Order Fulfillment
- Coordinate packaging and preparation of orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders.
- Work with logistics partners and delivery teams.
Process Efficiency
- Build systems for vendor tracking, procurement planning, and inventory monitoring.
- Suggest improvements to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1+ years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain
- Strong negotiation, organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic proficiency in Excel or inventory tracking tools
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
