- Handle inbound customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms.
- Log customer issues, track support tickets, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Gather feedback from customers and share insights with relevant teams to improve service quality.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams or management.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to speak Hindi and English
- Empathy and patience when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
- Previous experience in customer service or support (preferred but not mandatory).

Working Conditions:
