We are currently hiring for the role of an Legal Executive with a Leading firm based in Mumbai.

Role: Legal Executive

Location- Charni Road

Salary: Upto 6 LPA

Qualification-LLB – Mandatory

Need 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate / Property / Construction / Infrastructure / Facilities Management is preferred.

Shift Time: 10 am to 7pm

6 days working with Sunday as a fixed off

Industry: Stainless Steel / Metals & Steel Trading & Distribution The Legal Executive will:

- Prepare and check agreements like rent, lease, Leave & License, vendor contracts and NDAs.
- Handle legal notices and property-related disputes .
- Deal with issues involving tenants, landlords, vendors and contractors .
- Coordinate with external lawyers and government offices .
- Make sure property documents, registrations and renewals are properly maintained .
- Check if the company is following legal rules and regulations .
- Help management understand legal risks before signing a deal or agreement .
- Maintain records of contracts, court/legal cases, notices and renewals .
- Do basic legal research whenever a new legal issue comes up.
- Sometimes help with HR/labour-law related documents .
- Experience in Real Estate / Property / Construction / Infrastructure / Facilities Management is preferred.
- Experience in drafting agreements and legal notices .
- Ideally, someone who has worked in-house in a company , rather than only in a law firm.

Key Responsibilities Draft, review and manage lease agreements, rent agreements, leave &

license agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs and other legal documents.

Handle legal notices, property disputes, payment/recovery matters and contractual issues.

Coordinate with external advocates, consultants and government authorities.

Manage legal documentation related to properties, tenants, landlords,

vendors and contractors.

Support property-related compliance, registrations, renewals and statutory requirements.

Advise management on legal risks relating to property transactions and business operations.

Review HR-related legal documents and assist with basic labour law matters when required.

Maintain trackers for agreements, legal cases, notices, renewals and compliance requirements.

Conduct legal research and keep management updated on relevant legal changes.

Required Skills

Prior in-house legal experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of real estate, property and commercial laws.

Experience in drafting legal documents, notices and agreements.

Good communication, negotiation and documentation skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Valuable knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
