We are looking for a results-driven Upwork Bidder Specialist (Lead Generation Executive) to scale our client acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for actively monitoring Upwork, analyzing project briefs, and crafting high-converting, personalized proposals to win new contracts. The ideal candidate understands how the Upwork algorithm works, knows how to quickly grab a client's attention, and possesses outstanding English communication skills to convert leads into active projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Sourcing & Screening: Actively monitor Upwork job feeds to identify high-quality, relevant project postings that match our agency's/company’s core services.

- Proposal Crafting: Write highly customized, compelling, and error-free proposals tailored to each specific client brief (avoiding generic copy-paste templates).

- Connects Management: Strategically manage the monthly Upwork Connects budget, ensuring we bid on high-intent jobs and use boosting options efficiently.

- Client Communication: Handle initial client responses, answer preliminary questions, and skillfully book them onto a discovery call or close the contract.

- Profile Optimization: Continuously optimize our Upwork agency and individual profiles, portfolios,



and specialized profiles to improve visibility and trust.

- Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as invitations received, proposal view rates, reply rates, and closed contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Upwork Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience bidding on Upwork with a proven track record of securing high-value contracts.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication. Ability to write persuasively, professionally, and empathetically.

- Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of our industry sector ([Web Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing]) to accurately evaluate project scope and talk intelligently with clients.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify "red flag" clients (low hire rates, poor reviews) and spot high-value accounts.

- Time Management: Fast response times to catch new job postings while they are fresh and highly competitive.

Pay: ₹27,021.15 - ₹54,153.51 per month
