JOB SUMMARY

GEEKEN CHEMICALS INDIA LIMITED is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with strong expertise in Finance & Accounts, Accounting Operations, Taxation, MIS, Costing, Receivables, Payables and Statutory Compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Agro Chemical / Crop Protection / Pesticides / Chemical Manufacturing business and be capable of independently managing accounting and financial activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage overall Accounts & Finance operations of the organization.

Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny and accounting entries.

Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.

Prepare and analyze P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.

Manage GST returns,



reconciliation and related documentation.

Coordinate with statutory auditors and tax consultants.

Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation and customer reconciliation.

Monitor customer outstanding, ageing, collections and credit exposure.

Monitor vendor payments, outstanding liabilities and payment schedules.

Handle inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and valuation.

Manage product costing, cost analysis and variance analysis.

Prepare MIS reports for management.

Ensure proper accounting of sales, purchases, expenses and inventory.

Strengthen internal controls and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team.

REQUIRED SKILLS

✅ Robust knowledge of Accounts & Finance Operations

✅ Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax

✅ Solid experience in Finalization of Accounts & Financial Reporting

✅ Expertise in MIS, Reconciliation & Financial Analysis

✅ Strong knowledge of Receivables, Payables & Working Capital

✅ Knowledge of Inventory Accounting & Product Costing

✅ Advanced MS Excel & MIS Reporting skills

✅ Working knowledge of Tally / SAP / ERP preferred

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills
