We are looking for a strategic National Brand Manager to lead the UC business across India, drive market expansion, strengthen channel partnerships and build a differentiated brand position.

Key Responsibilities

Develop national brand positioning and go-to-market strategies

Build and strengthen reseller, SI & distribution networks

Drive growth across Enterprise, Government, Education & SMB segments

Identify regional opportunities and expand presence across Tier 2/3 markets

Lead integrated campaigns, thought leadership & demand-generation initiatives

Drive long-term growth strategy aligned with business objectives

Work closely with sales, marketing,



technical & global teams

Ideal Candidate

10–15+ years of experience in UC, AV, collaboration or enterprise technology

Robust channel, distribution & system integrator network

Proven experience in education/government/enterprise verticals

Strong strategic, commercial & market development capabilities

Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
