Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Ultrasound Technician to join our team at Mirai Diagnostic Centre, Attapur. The candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasound examinations, ensuring high-quality imaging, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting doctors and radiologists in the smooth delivery of diagnostic services.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform routine ultrasound examinations as per prescribed protocols.
- Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures and explain the examination process clearly.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and use of ultrasound equipment for accurate imaging.
- Capture and maintain high-quality ultrasound images for interpretation by radiologists/doctors.
- Assist radiologists and consultants during ultrasound-guided procedures, when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records, examination details, and required documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, cleanliness, and functioning of ultrasound equipment.
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety, quality, and departmental protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, radiologists, front office,



and other departments for smooth patient services.
- Handle patients and attendants professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Report any equipment issues or technical problems promptly to the concerned team.
- Ensure timely completion of ultrasound examinations and maintain departmental workflow.

Eligibility
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Radiology & Imaging Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, Ultrasound Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in ultrasound, diagnostic centre, hospital, or radiology settings.
- Hands-on experience in performing routine ultrasound examinations.
- Good knowledge of ultrasound equipment, patient positioning, and imaging techniques.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a healthcare team.
- Only candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience should apply.
