1der is an advertising and marketing agency working across logo design, brand identity, websites, wireframes, social media, digital campaigns, and creative communication.

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences for websites and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly interfaces and digital experiences for websites, landing pages, and brand projects.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
- Create user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Create clear information architecture and intuitive navigation systems.
- Translate brand identities and creative concepts into functional digital experiences.
- Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability reviews where required.
- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, developers, and account teams.
- Present design concepts to clients and explain design decisions clearly.
- Incorporate feedback and refine designs while maintaining usability and visual consistency.
- Prepare design specifications, assets, and handoff files for developers.
- Review implemented designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design tools, accessibility practices, and digital technologies.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar role.




- Solid portfolio demonstrating website design, landing pages, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces.
- Strong understanding of user experience, visual hierarchy, typography, colour, layout, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Ability to create both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Good understanding of responsive design and usability principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines remotely.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.

Good to Have

- Experience working in an advertising, branding, marketing, or creative agency.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and developer handoffs.
- Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, WordPress, or similar website platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, conversion-focused design, and digital marketing.
- Experience designing campaign microsites, e-commerce interfaces, or social media landing pages.
- Basic knowledge of motion design or interaction animation.
