We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our product team and help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences for our platform. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design solutions that balance user needs with business and technical constraints.

Experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS products is a plus, and familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) domains is a strong bonus.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end design for features — from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI
- Translate complex workflows and data-heavy requirements into clean, usable interfaces
- Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing) to inform design decisions
- Build and maintain consistency using our design system, contributing new components as needed
- Collaborate closely with product managers to scope features and with engineers to ensure accurate, feasible handoff
- Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationale, not just visuals
- Balance user experience with business goals, technical constraints, and (where relevant) regulatory/compliance requirements
- Support occasional graphic design needs — marketing collateral, social assets, presentation decks, or illustrations that align with brand guidelines
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing

Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally for SaaS or enterprise products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process (research → wireframes → prototypes → final UI)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants)




- Strong prototyping skills — able to build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes independently (Figma prototyping and/or dedicated tools like Framer/ProtoPie) to communicate flows and interactions clearly
- Solid understanding of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design
- Experience designing and working within a design system
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Basic front-end literacy (CSS box model, responsive/flexbox concepts) to collaborate effectively with engineers
- Solid communication skills — able to articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable running lightweight usability tests and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
- Basic graphic design skills — typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual branding, with working knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva

Good to Have
- Experience designing for cybersecurity, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), or other compliance-heavy platforms
- Designing using AI tools and Figma MCP — leveraging AI-assisted design/prototyping tools and Figma's MCP integration to accelerate ideation, generate design variations, or streamline design-to-code workflow
- Experience simplifying complex, data-dense workflows for non-technical or semi-technical users (e.g., compliance officers, auditors, risk managers)
- Exposure to designing for role-based access, permissions, or multi-tenant enterprise systems
- Experience with data visualization for dashboards (charts, heatmaps, risk matrices)
- Ability to create simple marketing/brand assets (social graphics, one-pagers, pitch deck visuals) alongside core product design work
