Two-Wheeler Sales Executive

- Greet and engage walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

- Recommend suitable two-wheeler models based on customer needs and preferences.

- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and ongoing schemes.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, customer references, and local marketing activities.

- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.

- Assist customers with documentation, financing options, insurance, and RTO-related formalities.

- Coordinate with finance and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery after booking.

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and customer information in CRM/DMS.

- Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, offers, and market trends.

- Build solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

- Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.
