. Senior Analyst, Treasury Program Management

Location

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Treasury Program Management, to support treasury programs with growing ownership across analysis, documentation, testing, reporting, and process improvement.

This role contributes to initiatives involving treasury systems, payments, bank connectivity, settlement workflows, reporting, controls, automated dashboards, Sigma reporting, exception-based processing, and process improvement.

The Senior Analyst will support workstreams across payments, capital markets, middle office workflows, credit facility administration, loan seasoning, investing, management reporting, and forecasting.

What You’ll Do

Program Support & Analysis

- Support treasury program execution: Assist with research, data analysis, documentation, meeting notes, action tracking, status updates, and issue management.
- Maintain project governance artifacts: Manage project plans, workstream trackers, testing logs, reporting files, and stakeholder documentation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders: Partner with Treasury, Capital Markets, Middle Office, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Technology, banks, and vendors.
- Support payment operations: Analyze payment initiation, approvals, settlements, tracking, exceptions, reconciliations, and bank connectivity initiatives including SWIFT and ISO 20022.
- Support capital markets & middle office processes: Coordinate funding, trade lifecycle handoffs, confirmations, settlement tracking, cash movement visibility, and exception management.
- Support investing, forecasting & reporting: Assist with investing workflows, cash forecasting, liquidity reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Document workflows & improve processing: Map processes, identify control gaps, reduce manual work through automation,



and shift operations toward exception‑based processing.

Testing & Change Support
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, evidence collection, and production readiness.
- Assist with training materials, operating procedures, adoption tracking, and post-go-live support.
- Escalate issues, risks, data gaps, and control concerns in a timely manner.

What You’ll Bring

Required Experience

- 4–7 years of experience in treasury, finance, operations, middle office, reporting, data analysis, process improvement, project support, or related roles.
- Experience supporting projects, testing, reporting, documentation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of treasury operations, payments, settlements, capital markets workflows, or financial operations.
- Robust analytical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support delivery in a global environment.

Must-Have Technical / Tools Criteria Must-have technical skills for this role include reporting, visualization, workflow, systems support, automation, and testing capabilities, including automated dashboards, Sigma reporting, SWIFT payment format testing automation, and automated testing across treasury workflows and connected platforms.
- Hands-on experience using Excel and at least one reporting, visualization, workflow, automation, or data tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Alteryx, SQL, Python, test automation tools, or similar platforms,



with examples including Power Automate, UiPath, KNIME, dbt, Apache Airflow, pytest, Robot Framework, or Selenium.
- Ability to support automated dashboards, Sigma reporting, trackers, data analysis, reconciliations, issue logs, and project reporting.
- Comfort working with process maps, requirements documents, testing scripts, evidence files, control documentation, and operational KPI trackers.
- Experience supporting dashboard updates, recurring reporting, variance analysis, open item tracking, and source data validation.
- Must have experience supporting SWIFT payment format testing, including payment validation activities, message/file checks, test execution, and evidence capture for treasury process changes.
- Must have experience supporting automated testing across treasury systems, reporting workflows, interfaces, and operational control processes.
- Working familiarity with SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, evidence management, and production readiness support.
- Exposure to workflow automation, reporting automation, or dashboarding is preferred.
- Interest in AI-enabled automation, agentic workflow capabilities, or intelligent process improvement in finance or treasury is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in asset management, private equity, banking, capital markets operations, treasury operations, or global capability centers.
- Exposure to Treasury Management Systems, payment platforms, banking portals, ERP platforms, dashboards, or workflow tools.
- Familiarity with SWIFT, ISO 20022, bank connectivity, settlement processes, treasury controls, or payment operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- CTP, PMP, CPA, CFA, or process improvement certification is a plus.
