Role Description The Unity 3D Designer Internship at Foxzoid Game Studio is an unpaid, remote position designed for individuals looking to build practical experience in game development. Interns will work closely with the design and art teams to create and refine 3D environments, characters, and assets in Unity. Day-to-day tasks may include designing 3D scenes, setting up lighting and visual effects, collaborating on animation and basic interactions, and ensuring assets are optimized for mobile performance.

Interns will also participate in reviews,



implement feedback from mentors, and contribute creative ideas to improve game visuals and player experience. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real production workflows and opportunities to build a professional portfolio.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in 3D Design and 3D Modeling, with the ability to create game-ready assets.
- Skills in Lighting for 3D environments, including basic understanding of shadows, materials, and mood setting.
- Graphic Design capabilities to support UI/UX elements and in-game visual assets.
- Basic to intermediate Animation skills for characters, objects, or environmental interactions.
- Familiarity with Unity 3D or similar game engines and an interest in mobile game development.
- Ability to take feedback constructively, iterate on designs, and collaborate in a remote team setting.
- Valuable communication skills and self-motivation to manage tasks and deadlines independently.
- Relevant coursework, personal projects, or a portfolio showcasing 3D or game-related work is highly beneficial.
