Job Responsibilities
- B2C Conversion: Convert direct consumer inquiries from phone, email, and web into confirmed custom holiday bookings.
- B2B Account Management: Onboard, manage, and pitch travel packages to corporate clients and sub-agents to secure bulk bookings.
- Itinerary Design: Create tailored, budget-conscious travel packages including flights, hotels, cruises, and local tours.
- Hit Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass combined individual monthly B2B and B2C sales quotas.
- CRM &
- Pipeline Tracking:
Maintain exact customer profiles and transaction records within our sales CRM platform.
- Vendor Coordination: Negotiate rates directly with global airlines, hoteliers,
and destination management companies (DMCs).

- Dual Sales Experience: Proven track record in closing direct consumer sales (B2C) and managing business-to-business relationships (B2B).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a highly persuasive, consultative sales approach.
- Market &
- Geography Knowledge:
Strong grasp of popular global travel destinations, visa guidelines, and corporate travel policies.
- Negotiation &
- Closing:
Expert ability to handle price objections, draft corporate proposals, and close high-value contracts.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English along with proficiency in two or more regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil) is highly preferred.
