We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Travel Executive to join our growing team in Shimla. The role involves assisting customers with travel arrangements, hotel and transportation bookings, holiday packages, and other travel-related requirements while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, customer service, or travel operations will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel options.
- Assist customers with hotel, cab, sightseeing, and holiday package bookings.
- Prepare and share travel itineraries, booking details, and relevant travel information.
- Coordinate with hotels, drivers, transport providers, tour operators, and other travel partners.
- Confirm bookings and ensure all travel arrangements are properly documented.
- Provide customers with destination information, hotel details, transportation options, and other travel assistance.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, rescheduling, and customer requests.
- Follow up with customers to confirm travel plans and booking requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, bookings, payments, and communications.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist customers before, during, and after their trip when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners.
- Stay updated with hotel rates, destinations, travel packages, transportation options, and tourism trends.
- Ensure all customer and booking information is handled accurately and professionally.

Valuable to Have

- Prior experience in travel agencies, tourism, hospitality, hotel, or customer service.
- Internship or training experience in the travel industry.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Experience with hotel, cab, flight, or holiday package bookings.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems or GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Experience working with CRM or travel management software.
- Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh and North India destinations is an advantage.
