We are looking for an experienced Travel & Ticketing Specialist to manage international flight reservations, complex reissues, refunds, and schedule changes. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of airline fare rules, holds an active IATA certification, and demonstrates exceptional communication skills while coordinating with global travel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Ticketing & Flight Operations: Process international bookings, ticket issuances, re-routings, date changes, splits, and refunds accurately via GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).

- Fare Rule Compliance: Interpret and apply complex airline fare rules (penalties, routing conditions, cancellation charges) to minimize Agency Debit Memos (ADMs).

- Vendor & DMC Coordination:



Liaise directly with global airlines, hotel providers, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and ground transport partners for seamless itinerary execution.

- Disruption Management: Handle involuntary schedule changes, flight delays, and cancellations by proactively providing passengers with swift, suitable alternatives.

- Customer Support: Deliver high-touch customer service by resolving client queries clearly, professionally, and efficiently.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
