Key Responsibilities
Interact regularly with international clients regarding flight ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations, and post-ticketing services.
Make outbound calls to vendors/airlines and handle inbound client queries to process ticket requests promptly.
Suggest suitable, cost-effective travel options tailored to client specifications.
Resolve unexpected travel disruptions, issue complaints, and verify refund eligibility accurately.
Build and maintain solid operational relationships with clients, airlines, and global travel suppliers.
Candidate Eligibility & Skills
Education: Graduate passed out in 2026 (Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism preferred). Freshers are welcome to apply!
Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
Shift Flexibility:
Must be willing to work in 24/7/365 rotational shifts (5.5-day work week with rotational off days).
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of Global Distribution Systems (GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a major plus.
Core Competencies: Excellent verbal/written English communication, strong geographical knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills under tight turnaround times.
