TRAVEL SALES EXECUTIVE

Shift Timings - 10 AM to 7 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

->Handle B2C and B2B travel enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and referrals.

->Understand customer requirements and create customized packages .

->Prepare quotations, handle negotiations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

->Follow up with leads regularly and achieve monthly sales & conversion targets.

->Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers and internal operations team.

->Maintain robust customer relationships and generate repeat & referral business.

REQUIREMENTS:

->2–4 years of experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Package Sales preferred.

->Good knowledge of Domestic destinations.





->Excellent communication, sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.

->Good command of English & Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage.

->Basic knowledge of visa, ticketing, hotels and travel documentation.

->Target-oriented, proactive and customer-focused.

->Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms is preferred.
