Job Summary The Transport Executive is responsible for managing employee transportation operations, coordinating with transport vendors, ensuring timely vehicle availability, maintaining transportation records, and supporting administrative activities. The role also includes leveraging routing automation tools to optimize transportation planning, improve operational efficiency, and enhance employee satisfaction while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily employee transportation requirements across shifts and locations.
- Schedule, deploy, and monitor company vehicles and transport vendors.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop services for employees while adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain transport logs, vehicle records, route data, and vendor documentation.
- Handle employee transportation queries, escalations, and emergency support requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers, fleet operators, and vendors to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, transportation regulations, and security requirements.
- Prepare transport reports, MIS reports, monthly billing reconciliations, and utilization reports.
- Manage travel and transportation arrangements for visitors and business guests when required.
- Support general administration and facility management activities related to transportation services.
- Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and contractual compliance.
- Utilize routing and transport automation systems to optimize route planning, vehicle allocation, and trip scheduling.
- Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, route efficiency improvements, and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvements in transportation operations and automation processes.
Required Skills

Qualifications

- 1 to 5 years of experience in transportation coordination, administration, facility management, or logistics operations.
- Experience managing employee transportation programs is preferred.
- Exposure to transport automation, route optimization, or fleet management software is an added advantage.
