Urgent hiring Training Officer at Sekhani Industries Pvt Ltd,

Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related field

Job Summary The Training Officer is responsible for identifying training needs, planning and coordinating employee training programs, delivering training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness to improve employee skills, performance, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify training and development needs through discussions, performance reviews, and organizational requirements.

· Develop annual/monthly training calendars and coordinate training programs.

· Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.

· Deliver or coordinate technical, behavioral, compliance, and soft-skills training.

· Prepare training materials, presentations, handouts, assessments, and other learning resources.

· Coordinate with internal trainers and external training vendors.

· Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and employee training history.





· Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.

· Track employee participation and ensure mandatory training requirements are completed.

· Prepare regular training reports and MIS for management.

· Support competency development and employee skill-gap analysis.

· Assist in developing SOPs, work instructions, and training modules where required.

· Stay updated on current training methodologies and industry practices.

· Ensure training activities comply with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.

· Strong presentation and communication skills.

· Ability to prepare training reports and analyze training data.

· Solid interpersonal, coordination, and facilitation skills.
