Manager – FM/MM Transportation Operations

Work Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Working Days: 6 days working (weekly off as per roster)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Transportation Operations Manager to handle end-to-end FM/MM logistics operations, including vendor management, transportation planning, billing coordination, and overall performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete First Mile and Mid Mile transportation operations
- Oversee vendor performance, onboarding, and coordination
- Ensure smooth execution of client pickups and hub-to-hub movement
- Track and improve OTIF, OTA, and OTD performance metrics
- Handle transportation billing, invoice verification, and reconciliation
- Optimize routes, cost efficiency, and operational processes
- Manage escalations and ensure SLA compliance with clients and vendors
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards for leadership review
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, client servicing)

- Strong experience in logistics/transport operations (FM/MM preferred)
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of billing and reconciliation processes

Pay: ₹800,000.00 per year
