Role Description:

- Plan and coordinate training programs and conferences end-to-end.
- Coordinate with trainers, speakers, delegates, sponsors, and vendors.
- Manage registrations, schedules, venues, logistics, and event materials.
- The role also involves maintaining accurate records of training and conference activities and contributing to continuous improvement of event processes.

Qualifications:





- Demonstrated skills in conference coordination and conference organisation to manage end-to-end training and event activities for the life sciences industry.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams, speakers, vendors, and participants clearly and professionally.
- Experience coordinating corporate training, conferences, or skilled events, preferably in life sciences or regulated industries.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and event management.
- Any degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in the life sciences industry or a similar role.
